Supply Chain

It is our company policy to sell products that are free of the taint of slavery and human trafficking. In keeping with this policy, every wholesale supplier of retail products to our company will be required to certify with the fulfillment of every wholesale merchandise order that the labor and materials incorporated into its products comply with the applicable laws regarding slavery and human trafficking. Employees, who have direct responsibility for supply chain management, are trained to ensure enforcement of the company's purchasing policies through the consistent use of purchase agreements that restate and reinforce those policies. Systems and procedures have been implemented that effectively prevent the modification of these and other standard terms of business. Future printings of the company's standard purchasing form will include a provision whereby suppliers certify in accepting the purchase order that the labor and materials incorporated into the products comply with the applicable laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in the supply chain. In the unlikely event that an employee, acting as an agent for the company, violated this policy, that employee would be held accountable in a manner consistent with other serious business policy violations. As of this date, no supplier or supply chain audits or verifications have been conducted, but will be considered when necessary to enforce our policy.
